Sound corporate governance is the cornerstone to establishing our core values that include integrity and ethics in our conduct with business and our commitment to our investors. Our Board of Directors is actively involved in the company and furthering the tone at the top. Our Board is comprised of five Directors, inclusive of the Chief Executive Officer. The Board of Directors has adopted a Code of Conduct for the Directors and all employees of the company, including senior management. The Board of Directors has established committees to oversee Audit, Compensation, Nominations and Governance.
